A great human adventure that started nearly 20 years ago...
Origins
Childhood friends driven by the same entrepreneurial spirit, Juan BASTIN and Sébastien RAEDEMAECKER entered the real estate world in 2007. In 2010, by chance, they acquired their first real estate holding company and discovered a market where sellers faced the illiquidity of their assets. To address this, they turned BLACKREIT into an investment vehicle dedicated exclusively to providing immediate liquidity solutions to shareholders by acquiring 100% of the shares.

From 2015 onwards, the duo surrounded themselves with a multidisciplinary team to master all aspects of the business, where real estate, technical, and financial expertise are essential. Together, they gave the company the ability to combine boldness, rigor, and a patrimonial vision.
